This website describes what we do and how we work. It is information, not an offer. Nothing on it forms a contract, and completing the scorecard or booking a call does not commit either of us to anything.
Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, timelines, payment and everything else. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
The scorecard is a diagnostic tool. It gives you an assessment based on the answers you provide, and its usefulness depends entirely on how honestly you answer it. It is not professional advice and it is not a guarantee of anything.
You are free to act on the result, ignore it, or disagree with it.
We build systems. What those systems earn depends on your expertise, your offer, your pricing, your audience and your own follow-through, none of which we control.
Nothing on this site is a promise, projection or guarantee of revenue, growth or any other commercial outcome. Any figures we describe relate to specific past work in specific circumstances, and they are not a prediction of what you would achieve.
Testimonials on this site are real, given by real clients, and published with their permission. They describe those clients' own experience. They are not a representation that anyone else will have the same experience.
Everything on this site, including the text, design, the methodology described, and the names The Product Ladder, The Blueprint, The Hook, The Course, The Programme, The Immersive and The Frame, belongs to The Product Ladder Ltd. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
Where we build systems for clients:
You own your data. Your contacts, your content, your courses, your domain. You can export it at any time and take it with you.
We retain the intellectual property in the build itself, including the architecture, workflows and templates we use across clients.
Anything you supply to us remains yours.
The specifics are set out in the client agreement.
We build on third party software, including GoHighLevel and, where it suits the work better, other platforms. Those platforms have their own terms and their own privacy policies, and your use of them is subject to those. We are not responsible for their availability, their pricing or changes they make to their products.
This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of this site.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
