This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
When you take the scorecard. Your name, email address, and your answers to the scorecard questions. Some of those questions ask about your business, including approximate annual revenue and the size of your contact list. We use these answers to generate your results and to understand whether we are likely to be a good fit for each other.
When you contact us. Your name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us in the message.
When you become a client. Contact details, billing information, and the material you share with us during the work. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never held by us.
When you visit the site. Standard technical information including your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you look at. This is collected through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, and only if you accept non-essential cookies. See the cookies section below.

You can withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect any work we are doing for you.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We use the following service providers, who process personal information on our behalf under written agreements:
ScoreApp (UK) for the scorecard and its results
HighLevel Inc (United States) for this website, our CRM, our email and our client systems
Stripe (United States and Ireland) for payments
Google (United States) for email, document storage and website analytics
Meta Platforms (United States and Ireland) for advertising measurement and audience building
Some of these providers are based outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where information is transferred internationally, it is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision, depending on the provider and the destination.
We may also share information where we are legally required to, for example with tax authorities or in response to a lawful request.
Scorecard results and enquiries: up to two years from your last interaction with us, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.
Client records: seven years after the end of the engagement, which covers our tax and accounting obligations.
Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, or two years without engagement, whichever comes first.
This website uses cookies. There are three kinds.
Essential cookies make the site work. They cannot be switched off and they do not need your consent.
Analytics cookies, through Google Analytics, tell us how many people visit the site and which pages they read. We use this to make the site better.
Advertising cookies, through the Meta pixel, let us measure how advertising performs and build audiences for future advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This means some information about your visit is shared with Meta.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the European Economic Area, you can complain to your local supervisory authority instead.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be notified by email to anyone on our list.
